For the New Character Contest of Romantically Apocalyptic comes a simple man known only as Mister Dealer.

He survived the nuclear exchange by being in a bank vault adding to the stamp collection he kept in his safty deposit box. After tunneling out of the ruins of the bank he found himself nearly alone in a nuclear Winter Wonderland.

Realising that witht he collapse of the old world structure he had a chance to re-create himself. To abandon his previous ineffectual identity and help start a new economy that revolved around barter of usable items... not one that invovled ficticious numbers floating about in electronic space.

He now moves quietly from house to house, neighborhood to neighborhood stripping each one clean of food, medicine, ammunition, Slef-help Books and other materials to stock his own miriad of small shops throughout the city.

Where ever you need a can of paint, he might be there.
Where ever you might need a handfull of bullets, he might be there.
Whereever you might want a bottle of Peptol Bismal to help settle your stomach after you ate something that glows like a night-light, he might be there.
